  Description : 

  Cementitious white adhesive, based on high strength  Portland  white  cement  (I  ‐  52,5),  reinforced  with  polymer resins and selected aggregates    

  Uses : 

  For the fixing of all types and sizes of tiles and marble  or granite slabs, as well as decorative stones, ceramic  tiles etc. on floors or walls, indoors or outdoors.    Especially suitable for white or light colored marbles,  which  are  sensitive  to  stains.  For  the  placement  of  white  marbles,  we  recommend  that  you  apply  MARMOLINE  POWER  2  SLAB  at  the  back  surface  of  said marbles, before you fix them using the FLEX 2600  adhesive

Safety  precautions :  

This product contains cement and reacts as alkaline with moisture, so it is classified as  irritant.  It  must  be  used  with  care  according  to  the  instructions  for  use.    In  order  to  avoid  any  injuries  due  to  alkalis  of  the  cement,    wear  gloves,  protective  glasses  and  avoid breathing the dust. Please  consult the SDS of the product.

      APPLICATION:     

Water for mixing:     

7 lt of water   per 25 kg of powder.   

Consumption: 

You  need  approximately  2.5‐4.0  kg/m2,  depending  on  the  size  and  the  type  of  tiles. 

 

 

Application mode: 



Check and prepare the surface.  Clear any dirt and impurities. If the substrate  is  not  stable  enough,  it  is  recommended  to  prime  the  surface  with  MARMOLINE MST 11 acrylic water based primer.  



Mix the mortar with the required quantity of water, at a ratio of 3.5:1 with a  low speed power drill, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without any  lumps  



Leave the mixture to set for five to ten minutes and stir again. 



Spread  the  mixture  using  a  serrated  spatula,  the  size  of  which  depends  on  the type of tile and the substrate.  



You need to place the tiles within 20‐30 minutes from the spreading of the  adhesive and definitely before the surface forms a crust.  



The adhesive remains workable in the pot for about 2 hours, depending on  the  season,  the  temperature  and  the  humidity  of  the  environment.  When  the  adhesive  starts  setting,  you  need  to  stir  it  again  without  adding  any  water.  



Grouting on floors can take place after 24 hours and on walls after 12 hours.    ATTENTION:   The content of  the bag  should be  protected from humidity   Not recommended for use in extreme weather conditions (frost or heatwave).  Application temperature +5oC  to +35oC
