Flowing Wells Continental and Amphi Little Leagues pride themselves in offering a tradition of quality instruction for baseball and softball while providing a lasting sense of community for our children. These leagues have been a mainstay in the community since 1960. We teach the merits and benefits of teamwork, competitions and life skills to roughly 400 kids each year that range in age from 4 to 18. These kids and their families live in the communities that surround your business. We need community support to maintain the excellence of the Flowing Wells and Amphi Programs. Registration fees do not cover the complete cost of fielding a team. Little League is an allvolunteer organization, and all money is used to offset costs associated with fields, equipment, uniforms, umpires and lights. While we understand times are tough economically for most everyone, we truly feel that the benefits our youth receive through participating are invaluable to them as they enter and move through their childhood and into adulthood. We have many options to our sponsor packages and one of them may be for right your organization. Please return the attached form with your check made payable to Flowing Wells Continental Little League as soon as possible. Little League is a non-profit organization and your donation may be tax-deductible. Our EIN # is 86-0673948. Our Opening Day is April 7, 2018. Flowing Wells Continental and Amphi Little Leagues Sponsorship Agreement 2018
This agreement between the Flowing Wells Continental Little League, Little League (Hereinafter, “Local Little League”) and _________________________________________________________________________________ (Hereinafter, “Sponsor”) is for the 2018 season. Sponsorship in the Local Little League must be, for the Sponsor, out of a sense of duty to help the community. While Sponsorship does afford some benefits, the higher purpose is to help the Local Little League impart the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play to the children of the community, so that they may someday use these values in becoming good citizens. Sponsorship in the Local Little League does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the Local Little League or any team in the Local Little League, nor does the Sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches or players for any team in the Local Little League. Nothing herein shall make us partners or joint ventures. The Sponsor and the Local Little League are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. The Sponsor shall have the right to use the following term in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: “Sponsor of in the (Local Little League).” Sponsorship does NOT give the Sponsor the right to use the word “official” in connection with its Sponsorship. Any reference to the Sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the Sponsorship is in the Local Little League only, and NOT for Little League Baseball and/or Softball. Use of the “keystone logo” or any other logo of Little League Baseball and Softball is prohibited, unless permission is expressly granted in writing by Little League International. Sponsorship in the Local Little League carries with it the following additional benefits as listed in the 2017 Sponsorship Packages. For the considerations above, the Sponsor donates _________________________________________ to the Local Little League, understanding that its donation is to benefit the entire league.
