FMT Flush Floor Troughs SPECIFICATION:
PRODUCT GUIDE:
FMT Model Flush Floor Troughs are constructed of 16-gauge 18-8 type #304 stainless steel, fully welded one-piece, ground and polished to a brush satin finish. Troughs with integrated safety ramp and mounting flange, are fitted with a stainless steel 4” OD tail piece for up to 3” waste. Overall height shall be 1 1/4” including shoulder for grating. Model FMG grating shall be 18-8 type #304 stainless steel bars with stainless steel rods welded on 1 1/2” centers. Use high-temperature, non-drying, food-grade sealant to attach to the finished floor.
IMC Floor Troughs are specially designed to provide sanitary carefree use - to permit quick, efficient and thorough cleaning. The FMT trough mounts directly over finished floor and is particularly suitable for use in low volume liquid waste removal areas of a kitchen such as directly below an ice machine, beverage table, pot sink, or walk in refrigerator.

Installation is simply accomplished by connecting the trough waste outlet through a cored hole to the plumbers waste pipe. Seal to the floor with high temperature, non-drying food grade sealant. If more secure installation is desired, specify the Correctional Package with tamper-proof screws.
