• Consumers across the country request foam cups • Foam is preferred over paper and plastic

Foam’s superior insulating properties make it the best choice for cold beverages. Tests comparing foam cups to paper and plastic cups prove that foam has the best temperature and carbonation retention, as well as the least amount of sweating. Foam cups also have less ice melt which slows dilution, resulting in a better tasting, more flavorful beverage.

From Coast to Coast, Customers Prefer Dart Foam Cups for Cold Beverages Scientific evidence has proven that foam’s superior insulating properties make it the best choice for cold beverages. Now foam customers confirm the results! “What I love about Dart foam drink cups is that they keep the drinks ice cold. I used to use paper cups, but they would sweat and the drinks would not stay cold.” — Baja Burrito (CA) “We had always used foam cups for our drinks at our 18 locations in OKC. A while back, we switched our 16 oz. foam to clear plastic to give a better presentation for our new iced tea program. Immediately, we started receiving complaints from our cu stomers s t a t i n g that the new cups were sweating on their desks and in their cars. They also stated that the beverage lost its desired taste as it was watered down by the ice melting too quickly. Responding to our customers’ needs, we discontinued the plastic cups and went back to foam.” — City Bites (OK) “At C&M Catering, we use Dart foam cups because they keep cold foods cold for longer periods of time than the alternatives.” — C&M Catering (PA) “We decided to move away from our paper cold cups to Dart foam cups because we did not like how the paper cups created so much condensation leaving our customers’ cup holders and clothes wet from the moisture escaping the cups. Dart foam cups keep our beverages colder longer, giving our customers the best possible beverage experience.” — JR Crickets (GA) M484USED_060215
