INSTITUTE FOR FILM AND ART PRODUCTION Folded Duality is a Filmic Institute that seeks to conform to the site. It creates a sleek wrapping that protects its heart, the main stage. These very literal folds within the skin provide heiarchy as well as create a duality between the very ridged and industrial form of the stage and the program that supports it. The materials used within the structure were used as a means to blend the site into its context from the ground level.
