What is the NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation? The NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation, created as an initiative of the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee, is a newly formed charity that will raise critical funds between now and Super Bowl XLVIII. The mission of the NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation is to transform after-school facilities for youth in New Jersey and the New York metro area. The Foundation is focused on assisting these locations that provide school-age boys and girls with safe and supervised recreational, educational, and characterbuilding activities. These facilities, such as Boys & Girls Clubs, empower our youth and will help them become responsible, productive, healthy, and caring members of our incredibly generous Super Bowl community at large. Program Details The NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation has created an exclusive decal that youth and high school football players across the region can proudly sport to show they’re first-string fans in what will surely be a Super Bowl for the record books. There’s no better way to display team loyalty than this! The NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation official collection starts with a decal for football helmets. Here’s the game plan: Players who want to be part of the action can take the ball and run with it, kicking in a suggested minimum of $5 per person, which they will raise or donate. The order should be made by a coach, athletic director or similar administrator. It’s simple, and it’s for a good cause – helping support youth in our region and building awareness of the NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation and its mission. Representatives from the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee and NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation will visit schools and footballrelated events to spread the word. We will also use our websites, social media accounts and local media partnerships to build excitement and create a buzz for Snowflake. Donations can come in the form of a check made out to NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation or credit card on the order form attached to this flyer.
