Objective This is an opportunity to develop up to 6 new homes. The site is being offered on the open market in a single phase, with bids being invited on an unconditional basis. Town Planning The site is allocated as housing (under policies H7, C1, CS21, PO4) within the Milton Keynes Local Plan and recent outline planning permission has been granted. Development of the site is to be entirely residential. We understand there is no requirement to provide ‘affordable housing’ on the site unless overall residential numbers exceed the Council’s 15 unit threshold.

The site is located approx. 3 miles north east of Central Milton Keynes and approx. 0.5 miles from Wolverton Town Centre, accessible via Stratford Road and Great Monk Street (V5) which enables access the A5.

Description The site comprises of 0.15 hectares of primarily level grassland and scrub / former day care centre foundations, rectangular in shape. There is existing wooden fencing to the north, east and west boundaries and an existing hedgerow to the south boundary. In close vicinity to the site is The Radcliffe School and Wolverton Swimming and Fitness Centre. Surrounding uses comprise two storey residential properties located to the north and west and to the southeast. An area of public open space is located directly to the west of the site. There are commercial premises to the east including a hand car wash, petrol filling station and tyre fitters.
