The club will be open to children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Sessions will take place each Wednesday from 13th April 2016 until 25th May 2016 inclusive. (Please note that if your child is attending the Malvern Residential Trip they will be unable to attend the session on 18th May.) The fully qualified coaches are police checked, qualified in emergency aid and will have attended an FA child protection course. The coaching sessions run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and will cover all aspects of the game with a 20-25 minutes skill session ranging from shooting and dribbling to defending and heading. For each session the emphasis is on fun but children will learn new and exciting skills as well. The cost of each coaching session is just £3.00 per session - £21 for 7 weeks. (£18 for children that will be at Malvern.) FOOTBALL KIT: For each session your child will need to bring the following; shirt, tracksuit bottoms or shorts, socks, shin pads, jumper and trainers. Children will need to be able to get themselves changed into their kit but help with laces will be given if needed. If you wish your child to attend the coaching sessions, please return the consent form below along with full payment in an envelope clearly labelled “Aston Villa” to your child’s class teacher. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Northfield Manor Primary Academy’. Payment and consent must be received by 9am on Tuesday 12th April 2016 if your child is to attend the first session. Please note your child will not be allowed to attend if full payment and consent is not received. We require that children must be collected from the area outside the school office at 4.30pm promptly. Places in this club are limited so a prompt return is advised. In the event that there are more than 36 payments returned, we will draw out envelopes to allocate places. Please keep this letter for your future reference.
