FRCNRBLK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

FRCNRBLK Assembly Instructions Base Instructions:
1. Insert and tighten bolt into bottom panel base.
2. Insert #58 Cam Lock into Side Toekick & Toekick base panels
3. Insert bolt into Side Toekick & Toekick base panels. 4. Connect Side Toekick & Toekick panels together by tightening bolt into #58 Cam Lock with screwdriver.
5. Insert bolts into the now connected Side Toekick & Toekick panels and connect by tightening bolt into #58 Cam Lock with screwdriver. 6. Attach Glides onto Toekick panels with hammer. 7. Flip over and sit base on the floor.
Glass Case Instructions:
1. Insert Side Glass panel into base groove. 2. Attach AGCON2 to the Side Glass panel using 3/4” Trox Screw and washer from the outside of the panel. 3. Pre-drill hole into base where AGCON2 will be positioned. Then insert & tighten with #6 x 1/2” Pan Screw.
4. Insert Back Glass Panel into base groove. 5. Connect Back Glass & Side Glass using AGCON3 & 3/4” Trox Screw. 6. Insert remaining side panel & repeat steps 2-5.
7. Secure Side and Back Glass Panels using AGCON2 & 3/4” Trox Screw in the 4th pre-drilled hole from the bottom. 8. Attach a Shelf Support to the inside of the side panel screw.
9. Attach Shelf Supports using 3/4” Trox Scew into pre-drilled side panel holes.
10. Slide Shelves into place and rest on Shelf Supports. 11. Attach Door Hardware to the Glass Door Panel by sliding into place and tightening screws. 12. Insert black hinge protectors into base hole and top hinge hardware affixed to top of glass door.
13. Secure Lock Catch to base by tightening #6 x 1/2” Pan Screws to the Base. 14. Attach Lock to Glass Door by tightening supplied screws. 15. Line up hinges & lock appropriately and hold in place while the Top Glass Panel is placed into secured top hinge. 16. Insert and tighten 3/4” Trox Screws with AGCON3 & AGCON2 attached to Side & Back Panels.
