After all we are here to reestablish a peaceful transition and not eliminate whatever possible functional system is already in place serving the needs of humanity.....May be you have a different approach, but at the end of the day ,humanity has to function properly orderly and with the legal consensus that Karen is trying to establish.. Allow me to express my opinion that the way you are trying to establish order and sanity to the system, was,is, and will always be ineffective. That is, because you are trying to propel the truth but you cannot prove that what they have installed is false ,and within their decision to install a system on false pretenses they (the cabal) included the fierce opposition that you encounter since you cannot prove their lack of legal authority..... We all must be brutally honest, and drop all pretenses if we are going to be effective in our struggle for , justice and legality, for order and progress.... A) Until today we have not received by you, any document convincing, about the authority you claim over the TRUST. You may have it, but you do not wish to share it with us. What you have provided, does not constitute legal authority but rather your authorization to negotiate in other words be a broker...and that document is not even certified .....Your access however to the authorized individual(s) makes you a key player in the proposed plan. B) We propose the establishment of two documents 1) An Irrevocable POA: Unlike the Ekkers we do not wish to acquire any ownership of the Trust. The TRUSTEE (The rev.and or Talano) will always maintain the ownership and control. The POA to Artemis Sorras will include handling of all the assets that are outside the Philippines and will provide the authority through the POA to engage any country, government, secondary trust any corporation, Bank, natural person or legal entity to resume control over the assets placed by Ferdinand Marcos all over the globe outside the Philippines. 2) A contract between the owner and Artemis Sorras, where a) the financial relationship will be established between the two parties b) the extend of the powers given to the POA c) the terms of revocation in case of violation of the POA d) the distribution of capital to human societies on the basis of the provision of the main Trust e) the capacity to establish secondary trusts and foundations f) Which decisions will require the consent the the main TRUSTEE If you have the authority to enter into such an agreement with us, we need to have legal proof of such authority, however the consent of the main TRUSTEE will definitely be required.. If you do not have the authority ,then we may request that authority must be endowed to you, to act as liaison between the main TRUSTEE and SORRAS. Why Sorras? You may ask. Because there is no one other person on this earth that has the "tools " to negotiate with the "cabal". No one else possesses irrefutable evidence of their lack of propriety , at the same time having the legal authority , and most important the overwhelming assets to claim and regain control of the assets of the TRUST successfully.
