Fruit Preservation 101 Wednesday, Feb 24 10:00 am - 12:00pm Brewerton Fire Hall 9625 Brewerton Rd, Brewerton, NY 13029 No prior knowledge of food preservation needed! CCE Educators will teach you the basics of how to preserve our local and regional bounty of fruit.
Gain hands-on experience with: • hot water bath canning • freezing a high quality product • dehydration for longer storage
