What can you expect in the FSC Global export sales team? As a sales person at FSC Global, you will work in a dynamic, fun and exciting team selling cables to customers internationally. The sales team is targeted and focused in delivering results which has created a “can do, will do” atmosphere. This role will suit someone who has a proven track record in growing existing business as well having the responsibility of bringing new clients on-board. With your enthusiastic and outgoing approach, you will learn and develop your skills to provide the customer with a service that beats the competition. In this sometimes extremely challenging environment customers will be relying on you to deliver on your promise and meet there ever changing needs. Alongside this your role will also include, but is not limited to:        

Communicating with overseas customers, identifying their needs through commercial investigation, process customer enquiries and convert quotations to orders. Key accounts management of your customer portfolio. Increasing the number of trading locations of existing customers. The planning and calling of new prospects to build long term profitable sales. Ensuring customers are quoted and orders are processed in a timely manner. Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM as well as providing clear and accurate information to customers and colleagues. You may be required to meet with customers face to face in the UK or overseas as well as taking part in international exhibitions promoting the companies services. As well as these core job functions you also need to get stuck in and do what is necessary when needed to provide the customer with the service they need.

What Requirements will make you successful?  Previous sales experience of high achievement is essential and ability to build strong customer relations is a must  The ideal candidate will display strong self-confidence and a positive attitude  Effective listening and questioning skills is essential  They must be driven to succeed and want to be a part of a growing business.  The successful applicant will demonstrate self-motivation and assertive communication skills.  The candidate should be proactive and crucially have a can do attitude in order to succeed.  The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word and outlook) and possess strong written and oral communication skills as well as having an eye for detail.  In addition, the individual must have common sense and show examples of working well within a team environment. Here at FSC Global Ltd, we provide full product training and support through our external trainer and internal training programme. Alongside this we would also expect the individual selected to spend appropriate time on selfdevelopment to improve their own knowledge as well as increasing department capability. Must live within a 10 mile radius of St Albans Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: According to Experience Benefits: 20 days holiday increasing to 25 after one rolling years’ service
