Grades: JV and Varsity High School Teams
Cost: $100, or $150 for 2 kids
Cost: $400 per team, $750 for two. Half-days $250. Individual Players: $60
Fundamental day camp is designed to give the campers a chance to improve fundamental skills in the following areas: ball handling, passing, shooting, moving without the ball, and defense. Campers will benefit from learning in a competitive and positive atmosphere. Skills and drills will be taught by Saluki coaching staff and players. Our Camp goal is to help each camper improve her fundamental skills, basketball knowledge, and overall love for the game. Our camp is directed towards developing self-confidence, teamwork, and positive attitudes. Individual attention is given to all aspects of the game.
Team must be paid in full with complete rosters & medical waivers by June 6th. The Saluki Slam Camp is for High School Varsity, Junior Varsity & AAU level teams. -

Elite Camp
Six games guaranteed All campers receive a T-shirt Awards for Team Champions & All Stars Teams will have access to the athletic facilities, Student Union, food vendors, bowling alley and campus lake rentals for an additional charge. All are a 5-10 minute walk from the SIU Arena. On campus housing is available for $22 per player in a double room or $27 per player in a single room. (subject to change)

*Limited spots available. Must have played Varsity basketball. No WALK-INS accepted. Elite Camp will be geared towards the varsity high school player who has aspirations of playing college basketball. We will take the campers through typical college level drills with the goal of providing an understanding of what it takes to be successful at both the high school and college level.

SALUKI WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Head Coach Cindy Stein The camp will be directed by 5th year SIU Head Coach, Cindy Stein, Saluki Women’s Assistant coaches and current SIU players. In her 20 seasons as a head coach, Coach Stein has won on every level, from Division II to the Big XII. In her first three years as head coach, Coach Stein has had historic success, from 12 game win streaks to the first post-season play in nearly a decade. Prior to SIU, Coach Stein led Mizzou to the Sweet Sixteen in 2001, and was NCAA Div. II Coach of the Year at Emporia State in 1998. Before her coaching career, Stein has a JUCO All-American Point Guard for Illinois Central College in 1981 and led the University of Illinois to the NCAA tournament in 1982. Coach Stein knows what it takes to be successful on and off the basketball court and will share her passion and knowledge with the campers.
