Motown legend Smokey Robinson and real estate leader David Steiner were honored by the Frairs Foundation for their efforts to support the performing arts and promote their enjoyment among a diverse audience. The presentation was made during a celebration at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel last week that was attended by representatives from both the entertainment and real estate worlds. Brokers checked out m127, the first manhattan condo to be Auctioned in 20 years during an open house last week. Six units will be auctioned at the building on Madison at 31st Street on June 27 by Paramount Realty USA, whos executives gave tours of the furnished units to interested brokers and prospective buyers.
