5 TEAM POOL PLAY SCHEDULE Match Playing Teams Work 1 2 vs 5 3 2 3 vs 4 2 3 1 vs 5 4 4 2 vs 3 1 5 1 vs 4 2 6 3 vs 5 1 7 2 vs 4 5 8 1 vs 3 4 9 4 vs 5 3 10 1 vs 2 5 Check In / Coaches Meeting: 1) All teams must check in and submit a USAV Verified Webpoint Roster 2) Coaches must present a Photo ID (drivers license, passport card etc) at check in. 3) Only Rostered Adults are permitted at the court benches 4) Missing Players must be crossed off the Roster 5) Coaches Meeting at 8:30 - All teams must have a Rostered Coach/Team Rep Attend 6) Each team must provide a Junior Officiating team (R2, SK, Libero Tracker, Flip, 2 Line Judges) Playing Format: 1) Warmups will be 2-4-4 for each team's first match, and then 3-3 for the rest of the day. 2) All pool play matches will be 2, 21 point sets (play to 25, starting at 4-4). 3) Tie breaking procedure (note, no sets will be played for any ties): - If 2 teams are tied (in order): + Sets won/loss in head to head play + Points won/loss in head to head play + Point won/loss percentage (won/(won+lost)) in the entire pool + Original Seed in the Pool - If 3 (or more) teams are tied (in order): + Set percentage in the entire pool + Point won/loss percentage (won/(won+lost)) in the entire pool + Original Seed in the Pool Playoff Format: 1) Top 2 teams from each pool advance to bracket playoffs. 2) Playoffs are best 2 out of 3 sets to 21, 15 pt deciding set, if needed. 3) Work team for first round of playoffs comes from the last match of pool play, in order: a) If the loser of the last set of pool play is not in the playoffs, they work. b) If the loser is in and the winner is not, the winner will work. c) If both playing teams are in the playoffs, the work team stays and works again. 12s and Under will play with a 12u (Volley Lite Ball) on a 7' high net. Only Player Numbers on the Webpoint Roster can be corrected Players / Coaches can not be written into the Webpoint Roster Players arriving after the Roster has been verified - must sign in with the Site Director last modified: 1/17/2017
