General Parking Attendant Instructions 1. Please show up for your parking duty slot at the table at the front entrance of the FC Peoria Complex right when you pull in by Field 10 (NOT FC Peoria building entrance). Check-in against your name. 2. Pick up a safety vest, parking map and field map. When you check in, you will be given an assigned work location to work. Proceed to your assigned parking attendant location marked on the field map against your name. a. Fixed Base Stations: include the entrance, the exit, the turnaround island on the drive down the big fields. b. Parking Teams: will be assigned to the main lot by the building and initially along the drive by the big fields. 3. In the mornings, parking teams will direct parking in the main lot by the building to specific spots and make sure cars are parked tightly together. Once the lot is full, parking teams can circulate to locate open spots and direct cars to those locations. 4. Caterpillar has graciously allowed our use of an off-site parking lot along Rench Road. All FC Peoria parents and volunteers should park here. A shuttle-service will run from the check-in table at FC by Field 10 to the Caterpillar lot. 5. Allow parking only in designated areas marked on the map. 6. You may be required to provide handicapped assistance by giving rides in golf carts from and to soccer fields. A golf cart will be by the check-in station. 7. Do not leave your spot until the next time slot attendant shows up. It is going to be a very busy tournament with lots of cars pouring in and out throughout the day. Please be safe out there! Please note there is a minimum age of 16 to drive the golf carts.
