StreetBond150, StreetBond120, StreetBondCL & StreetBondSR are all based on the same technology platform CemBase is primarily for asphalt reinforcement and MUST NOT be used on unprinted asphalt! TrackBond50 is sold through an exclusive distributor
StreetBond Coatings
Expertise developed over 19+ years Balance of properties is CRITICAL
Coatings for an asphalt substrate require a unique balance of properties to perform under varied conditions! StreetBond Coatings are uniquely formulated balancing six interdependent elements for superior performance in ALL weather conditions.

StreetBond pavement coatings use an epoxy-modified formula that is specifically designed to meet traffic demands even in wet conditions.

Most coating tests involve the CS-10 wheel which is a very soft rubber wheel with embedded grinding material. Readings are so low that they do not provide any substantial difference between tested coatings. Our testing applies the more aggressive H-10 wheel.
Durability Failure Coatings that are not hard enough will wear prematurely. Many water-based coatings are highly susceptible to accelerated wear under wet conditions.

Independent testing
Asphalt is flexible. Coatings therefore must have flexibility to move with it. StreetBond is specifically formulated to flex with asphalt across a wide temperature range.
Flexibility Failure If a pavement coating is too hard it will impede normal expansion and contraction of asphalt surfaces and will end up cracking and damaging the asphalt.
This is a poor quality competitor likely based on a road marking formulation.
Flexibility
This StreetPrint crosswalk was recoated with a two part coating that may be durable but shrinks and has damaged the asphalt. The repair for this is remove and replace.
Slip and skid resistant aggregates give StreetBond coatings greater traction making coated surfaces safer for foot and vehicle traffic.
Advanced acrylic polymer technology and high quality pigments give StreetBond coatings long-lasting color retention characteristics, especially against UV rays.
Color Stability Failure Coatings that lack color stability fade when exposed to sunlight. Original design intents will suffer as a result of color fading.
5 Chemical Resistance StreetBond coatings are not affected by fuel, engine and de-icing agents that come into contact with road surfaces. StreetBond protects the asphalt from chemical damage.

STREETBOND Meets spec limit
Pavement is regularly subjected to fuel and other engine fluid spills. Some coatings are susceptible to damage from these.
Balance of properties: Chemical resistance Decorative surfaces are often exposed to chemical spills from traffic. Most coatings are severely damaged by it.
StreetBond coatings have excellent solvent resistance Competing product dissolved in less than 10 minutes when soaked in MEK. StreetBond150 remained intact after 3 months exposure

StreetBond coatings are water-based and formulated to contain no solvents harsh to humans or the environment. Asphalt coated with StreetBond is fully recyclable.

Certificates of Analysis • The performance properties of StreetBond coatings are measured and certified by independent testing facilities. Their Certificates of Analysis are your guarantee that StreetBond coatings have been designed to meet or exceed the spec limits shown in this document.
• Unbalanced performance is no performance. Make sure you get the proof documentation for all 6 critical performance properties.
