TRY-OUT INFORMATION You need to have a sports physical and insurance waiver on file in the office BEFORE TRY-OUTS. When these items are turned in, you will receive a Participation Card (formally called a “green card”); give this card to the coach. This will allow you to try-out. Players need to attend each day of tryouts unless you are a softball player or cross-country runner. The schedule below indicates which days are for softball players/cross-country runners. Non-softball players should attend all sessions. If there is any conflict, please talk to the coach ASAP. Come dressed in athletic apparel. If you make the team, basketball shoes are to be school colors: white/red. Once the team is selected, any softball players who makes the team will not attend basketball practice until the softball season is over. Any schedule changes will be made at school and posted online. Mandatory Parent Meeting: TBA...after both try-outs are completed. Volunteers needed: Concessions - Schedule parent workers, coordinate needs, schedule pizza Score table - Scorebook keeper for all games Enter gym through the North gym door for morning practices (if applicable).
