Preparation Method:
  • Sauté shallots, garlic, cardamom and cumin until you can smell the aroma. Add Royco Bumbu Dasar Ayam Kuning and sliced goat meat. Sauté until the meat is juicy.
  • Add the broth, cook until 3/4 cooked then add Royco Chicken Powder, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, pepper and MSG until cooked.
  • Serve in a bowl with the complementary ingredients.
