Board Members: Present: Karen Henning, Alice Cole, Dick Cole, Phil Grass, Maria Valverde, Chad Baker Others Present: Peter Cardoza, Indra Karabdi Proceedings: Minutes Not Available Treasurer’s report: Approved Correspondences: Karen has communicated with Sutton and Millbury for the Rec season and early determination of # of teams. Rec Dept – correspondence with Jen Anderson regarding grass seed for field Rec League: Registration Update - 115 girls are registered for Rec (137 last year at this time) Coaches status - Cole, Junior & Gemme coaches are covered; no coaches for Intermediate; Karen will email Intermediate parents and let them know we need coaches Coaches Meeting – will be held on March 24th at North Street Gym Youth Umpires - No one on Board has volunteered to help with this; Karen will reach out to Junior Division parents for youth umpires. Sponsor Update - Rec sponsorship is good; not many for Diamonds Opening Day Update: Photos – all set Apparel – Indra brought in pictures of apparel she will order for Opening Day. Board approved the apparel and quantity. Indra will order coaches shirts & hats for potential TVL coaches. Marci Palmer is helping coordinate team baskets Raffle Donations – with no opening day committee – challenge. Teddie has sent out letters and an idea to ask each Diamond player to solicit a business for a donation was discussed. PHR – Dave Bayruether – is all set. He is just wanting for team rosters. DJ – Tyler Hamiliton has accepted the job Thrift shop – discussed whether to offer again this year – board agreed it has value – email to be sent. Collection on Saturdays at Diamonds practices.
Diamonds: Pete gave an update on tournaments. New rule from ASA – all coaches need to have background checks Arranging TVL coaches for 10U and 12U spots – (possible Tara Farford & Cara Collette)

Field clean up - repair to home plate on field 2, restrooms, Recognition for our Alumini players who have volunteered – seniors The idea of putting electricity out to the fields was mentioned ATV was sold for $3500
