WHAT’S GOING ON... Activity Changes Today is the day when the activities change instead of messing about with Sounds and Sight, Engineering and Fluid Dynamics we will be enjoying ANATOMY, POWER and CHEMISTRY. Defying Gravity will stay the same :). All those looking for some crazy stuff to do your day has arrived! We hope you all are getting prepared to test your limits in new activities . New activities mean HEAPS MORE FUN!!!!!!
Happy Birthday to the beautiful, amazing and talented Julia. Julia is turning 16 today and I expect you to all say Happy Birthday to her whenever you walk past Blue Troop. Happy Birthday Jules!

Yesterday’s Special Events Yesterday we catered for some special guests. These visitors included Dale Shuttleworth who is Samford Valleys local member (MP), Craig Ray President of Scouts Queensland, Kirsty Brown who is Chief Commissioner of Scouts Queensland and Robyn Gibbs who is the Girl Guides Queensland Training Manager (representing the State Commissioner). They were given an opportunity to see how fantastic Agoonoree 2013 is! After the tour they were shared morning tea which went well until Bob turned up and ate all the scones.
Last night was the disco! Lots of dancing and singing was heard last night with the disco. With prizes given for the wonderful dancing as well as a onesies competition! Everyone had a great night, we hope you didn’t party too hard and got enough sleep for the exciting activities planned for you today! Bob enjoying some scones

On this Day... In Science Sir Howard Florey was born! He perfected penicillin, which is an antibiotic that you might take when you have an infection. Happy Birthday Howard!
Guests and Patrols of the Day! Lucy Lucy is from Purple Bilbies. We saw her enjoying abseiling with a massive smile on her face!
Brittney Brittney is from Blue Eels In the morning the Eels did the sight and sound base, Brittney loved the swimming! They had the Engineering base in the afternoon and so far Brittney has loved abseiling the most.

What a Goonie thinks Today we conducted another survey with Scouts, Guides, Guests, Rovers and Leaders all participating, we set out to discover what an Agoonorian thinks about wearing pyjamas, onesies or ‘other’ to bed. We interviewed 110 people and here is what we discovered: Pyjamas: 34
