In consideration for accepting my child into the camp, I assume all risk of injury and loss that may be suffered by me or my child and release and forever discharge the Green Wave Girls’ Basketball camp staff and workers, Mattoon CUSD #2, and its employees from any and all known liability of whatever kind or nature, arising from and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen body and personal injuries, including death, property damage and the consequences therefore resulting from the registrant’s participation in or involvement with this camp or presence on Mattoon CUSD #2 property, including any failure of equipment or defect in the premises, except to the extent caused solely by the willful and wanton conduct of Mattoon CUSD #2.

CAMP OVERVIEW The Green Wave Basketball Camp will focus on the key components that make a good program a better program; fundamentals of the game, teamwork, and improving to become the best individual basketball player you can be. The camp is open to girls entering the 3rd-12th grades. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.
Session 1 8:00am-9:30am
CAMP COST Cost of the GREEN WAVE GIRLS’ BASKETBALL CAMP is $20 per camper. Families with multiple campers: First Camper is $20 and each additional camper will be $15. (Immediate family only) Late Registration: You can register your daughter at the door on the first day of camp for $25.
