Locaon The village of Greenlaw is situated on the junc2on of the A697 and the A6105, Edinburgh to Coldstream Road, in the Sco)sh Borders. The town was first named the County town of Berwickshire and was the first town to take on this role a7er the English took Berwick in 1482. Descripon Greenlaw Town Hall is a category A listed former town hall, completed in 1831 and was designed by architect John Cunningham. The building has been used for a variety of purposes over the years prior to its restora2on by Sco)sh Historic Buildings Trust. The building was officially re-opened by HRH Duke of Rothesay in May 2011. The £1.9 million project restored the building, converted the pavilions into office accommoda2on and brought the mul2purpose hall back into use. Combining a unique historic building with the modern benefits of new hea2ng, ligh2ng, services, IT infrastructure and high specifica2on fire and security detec2on.

Accommodaon The property benefits from a bright, impressive double height hall which is accessed via a grand entrance.
