Why Chocolate Milk?

Immediately following a workout, muscles are stressed and muscle fibers may have undergone some damage. Protein is associated with muscle growth and tissue repair, so athletes need to increase their protein intake to reap the benefits of training sessions. Instead of buying expensive protein shakes, your athlete can have 2 cartons of chocolate milk after every MS Basic workout for a small fee. (MS-$5)
