Johnna worked for Halliburton | Baroid from 2008 – 2016. She was recently impacted by the severe downturn in the Oil Field Services sector resulting in very low oil prices. I hired Johnna in 2008 as a Quality Professional. Johnna was responsible for auditing and managing our ISO 9001 and API certifications requirements for our corporate office and manufacturing facilities, including writing and developing standards and process documentation and providing quality support for our Product Service Line (one of the largest single businesses within the Drilling and Evaluation division of Halliburton). Because of her diligence and superior work ethic in this position she achieved and successfully maintained licensing for the corporate office and all 6 facilities. She continually monitored the standards and modified processes to ensure they were effective and efficient. Johnna was then promoted to the Process Assurance Service Quality / HSE Coordinator position to assist in creating and improving the Halliburton Management System initiative in relation to quality management and driving HSE metrics. In this position she successfully developed and implemented processes for our QMS and HSE programs. She supported these programs with training, auditing, and vigorously addressing nonconformances. She also managed the Corrective, Preventive, Improvement (CPI) system and Key Performance Indicators by monitoring metrics and reporting to senior management for discussion and review. Throughout her career with Halliburton Johnna had interacted with and supported the manufacturing and field laboratories for Halliburton Baroid. She was the natural selection and identified as the successor for the Global Lab Compliance Manager and was promoted into that position in 2013. During this time she was also identified as a candidate for the Leadership Development Program. She and her management team worked to create uniformity and consistency between the 46 Baroid laboratories by creating more concise processes and fine tuning existing standard operating procedures. Johnna implemented improvements and onboarding of the iFacts system (LIMs system) documenting real time data and making it immediately accessible to internal and external customers. This included customer contract requirements, equipment inventory and calibrations. She completed these tasks while supervising the QA/QC and bioassay laboratories personnel and finances. She also ensured processes were implemented by involvement with extensive auditing and monitoring results. Johnna has a fantastic attitude, is a very hard worker and has a great aptitude for technical work, quality control work and developing and maintaining personal relationships. She is a person that is very trustworthy and completes tasks efficiently and with a very high level of competency. Johnna holds a lead auditor certification, API Q2 certification and was our representative on the API drilling fluids committee attending and making recommendations on API standards changes and adoptions.
