REFLECTION AND APPLICATION QUESTIONS: Monday Read Psalm 110. Tuesday: In the first verse of the Psalm, David refers to the Messiah as his “Lord.” “Lord” can be translated “Master.” In what ways might other people know clearly that Jesus is your master? How might your behavior in certain areas suggest that you are not submitting to Him as master? Wednesday: Read Psalm 110:1-3. Think of your spiritual enemies and the battles you’re facing. Take heart that one day all enemies will be defeated (v. 1), and that Jesus will rule on the earth (v. 2), with all our brothers and sisters in Christ (v. 3). Thursday: Read Psalm 110:5-7. Think of the godless nations and their leaders that rage against God and His people. Take heart that one day Jesus will have the ultimate victory over them all. Spend some time praising God for Jesus’ victories. Friday: Read Psalm 110:4. To better understand this statement, read Hebrews 6:19-20 and Hebrews 7. Saturday: Read Psalm 113 and bring a friend tomorrow!
