Healthcare IT Conference, January 26, 2016 - Driving Directions Parking Attendant Hours: 7am-9am

Guests arriving after 9am: -----------------------------When entering campus at Westwood Plaza, continue driving STRAIGHT into parking lot 4. At the information booth, request a permit for the Healthcare IT Conference in Lot 7. Make a U-turn around booth, and then turn LEFT onto Charles E. Young Drive North. Turn LEFT into Parking Lot 7.
1. From the 405 freeway, exit Sunset EAST (turn right after off-ramp). 2. Drive EAST approximately 1.5 miles, then turn RIGHT at Westwood Plaza. 3. Make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto Charles E. Young Drive North (parallel to Sunset Blvd). 4. At stop light, turn LEFT into underground Parking Lot 7. 5. Obtain your permit from the attendant by mentioning the name of the event. 6. Guests should walk to northernmost end of parking lot (near where you entered) and exit up to the ground level. 7. Walk WEST (uphill). At Charles E. Young Drive West, curve LEFT and cross the street. 8. Walk up "Covel Steps" (large outdoor staircase). At top of steps, turn RIGHT to enter Covel Commons. Grand Horizon Room is on 3rd floor.
