Dark chocolate will have higher concentrations of cocoa powder and lower levels of processed sugar than the milk chocolate option. Even though the concentrations of powerful antioxidants and minerals like magnesium are highest in the raw, unprocessed cacao bean, the higher the percent of dark chocolate you go, the closer you are to the raw form.
