Course: MC, MD and WB/C will do one lap around Hensley Lake (32 miles, 2000 ft climbing). MA, MB and WA will do an 8-mile out-and-back before completing either one or two laps around the lake. The finish is located 2 miles past the start line, gradual uphill finish. Pavement ranges from excellent to fair. The lake loop consists of both sustained climbs and rollers on Rd 407, Rd. 600, Knowles Rd., Rd. 415, Rd. 400, Rd. 603. Feed zone is located near the start area. Neutral follow vehicles may be provided [wheels in, wheels out]. TTT: Course is an out-and-back for a total of 8.25 miles (same out-and-back as the MB and WA RR start). 220ft of gain. Start/Finish is at the campground entrance. Start order is MC, WB, MA, MB, WA. Start times will be given at registration. Directions: Parking/Start/Registration area is located at the boat ramp area of the Hidden View Campground on the west side of Hensley Lake. Parking is $5, cash only please, pay at the ranger station at the entrance. Take the CA-99 to the Cleveland Ave exit in Madera. Turn left onto Cleveland Ave. Turn left at CA-145. Go 2.7 miles to Rd. 400 to Hensley Lake. After 11 miles, turn left onto Rd. 603, then your first right onto Rd. 407 to the campground. Be careful and watch for riders on the course as you drive in. Rules: Racers must follow all USAC and WCCC rules. Helmets must be worn at all times. Course is open to traffic, centerline rule strictly enforced. No littering, use restrooms. Race rain or shine, no refunds. All riders must have current USAC collegiate license. Annual and one-day licenses can be purchased at registration. One-day licenses are $10 at registration. Registration: Register for the online at USACycling.org, closes on March 21st at 10pm. Day-of registration opens at 7:00am and closes 30 minutes before the start of each race. TTT registration is day-of. Team-pay accepted for teams in good standing. Accommodations: Camping is available on site at the Hidden View Campground. Reservations are recommended.
