Outstanding Family & Consumer Science (FCS) 4-Her Award is a trip to Career Explorations at Cornell University held in June – th th “University U” for youth entering 8 & 9 grades, “Focus for Teens” for youth th th entering 10 to 12 grades.
Applicants for Outstanding Award should bring a copy of this evaluation sheet to the interview. In preparation, please complete it for yourself, with notes for each item indicating how that criterion was met. Judges will make final decisions on criteria and score.
