Bring Six, the four best scores count
Starting Time:
Shotgun Start at 9:00am – 18 holes Tee locations will be sent prior to the event
Entry Fee:
$195 Payable to Cloverleaf All Sports Boosters
Coaches/Players Meeting: 8:45 am at the First Tee area Food:
Hot Dogs, chips, drink will be provided. Drinks also will be available on course for the players.
Awards:
Team Trophy & Medals for 6 winning players Runner-Up Team Trophy and medals Medalist Trophy (if tied, sudden death playoff)

MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2017 9am Shotgun Start Financial agreement: The ____________________school agrees to pay Cloverleaf All Sports Boosters the sum of _______dollars ($________), and the latter school agrees that this sum shall cover all its claims arising by virtue of this contract, except as provided herein below set forth. If either party hereto fails to fulfill its obligation as any part of the contract, the defaulting party shall pay to the other party the sum of $250.00 as damages, which said sum must be accepted by the injured party as complete compensation of any damages it may suffered, the remainder of the contract shall not be binding of either party, and the breach of said contract shall be reported to the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
