How to Access Exchange Live on Apple Devices Get the App 1. Using your Apple iPhone or iPad, go to the APP Store 2. Search for “Exchange Magazine” 3. Find the Exchange Magazine APP with the big orange “E” 4. Tap the button to download the APP (depending on your device the button may be Get, Install, Download, or Open)
Download Your Issues 1. Open the APP 2. Go to “My Account” at the bottom of your iPad. You might have to wait a moment for the “My Account” page to display.
*Note: On the iPhone, "My Account"
appears as a house in the top left corner.
3. Login to the Exchange App (not the Apple Store) using the email address and password associated with your magazine subscription purchase. This is the same email address and password you use to log in to the Exchange website. If you do not remember your account password, reset it here: https://www. childcareexchange.com/catalog/account/ password-finder/
*Note: If you are not currently a registered user on the Exchange website, you must first create an account to access Exchange Live.
Go to http://www.childcareexchange.com/login/ • Follow the instructions provided for "Are You a New Online Customer?" If you have any problems logging into your account, call or email customer service at (425) 883-9394, ext. 2015 or
[email protected] 4. After logging in, look for the Exchange Issues that have an Orange Square "E" in the bottom left corner. These are the issues currently available through your subscription.
*Note: If you have an active subscription, you do not need to pay through the App. If there are no
issues with the Orange Square "E" or if Apple asks you to purchase the magazine, you are not logged in to the Exchange App. You must log in to the Exchange App to access your subscription already purchased through Exchange.

Tap the "Help" cover for a brief orientation on the features of Exchange Live.

Tap Download to read an issue. This may take several minutes depending on your connection speed.

Tap the cover to open the issue.
