How To –Print Queue Access This How To demonstrates how to access the EHR Print Queue for purpose of examining printing, faxing, and eprescribe status. 1. To access the Print Queue: Select User Options from the Vertical Toolbar (VTB) located on the left-side of your EHR screen.
Next, select Print Queue from the Horizontal Toolbar(HTB)
2. To filter the Print Queue select Personalize and choose from Site Filter or Job Type Filter 3. From the Job Queue Select All, Failed, Cancelled, Idle, etc. to see specific type jobs. Check the Status or Progress to see if the job type is Complete, Idle, In Progress, Failed etc.
NOTE: The processing of prescriptions will display as OUT_SCR_PUB or OUT_SCR_CRT.
