6 GET READY FOR THE EVENT • Confirm a location to host: Living room, local venue, etc. • Create a Facebook event with the correct day/time (Livestream starts January 6 at 2 pm ET) • Post details on how you are hosting a Super Saturday party to watch the livestream • Send out personal invitations and registration details to Ambassadors who aren’t attending one of the 15 Super Saturday locations.
15 CREATE A BUZZ • Post shareables to remind your team about Super Saturday • Follow up with MAY those who didn’t respond to your personal invitation

• Remind your team to create a buzz and reach out to their team to make sure they are registered • Make sure your guests are registered to watch the livestream. Only those who register and pay $19.95 will have access to the Super Saturday special.
DAY OF EVENT • Set up healthy snacks and Plexus Slim® (Optional: decorations, party favors, etc.) • Join the livestream early to make sure the equipment is working • Welcome your guests (Ask your guests to arrive 30 minutes before the livestream starts) • Sit back and enjoy the event! • Snap photos of your friends watching the event and share on social media
AFTER SUPER SATURDAY FOLLOW-UP • Invite your guests to share one key takeaway that they want to apply to their business • Reach out to Ambassadors who missed the event and highlight a few points from the event • Invite Ambassadors who missed the livestream to register and watch the recorded event
