How to Manage Users in virtuoso.com
AUDIENCE: Supplier Leads 1. Login to virtuoso.com 2. Hover over your name and click “My Profile”.
3. Click on company name to view Company profile

4. Click “Security” to access the new “Security Roles and Logins” section. You can search for users by typing their name in the search box or by using the page buttons at the bottom. You can also filter users by status by clicking on the filter button and selecting the status you want (Active, Pending, Inactive, Suspended).
5. Another section you might need to edit is “Additional Company Info” – Click “Contact Info” then “Edit”.

5. Click the edit icon (blue pencil) next to the user’s name to begin making changes to a profile. You can edit a user’s password, change their status to active or inactive, and update their security role. The “Supplier Staff” role only allows the user to edit their individual profile. The “Supplier Lead” role gives the user full access to update all content on behalf of the company, including loading products (packages, tours, promotions, etc.). Don’t forget to click the “Save” button after you have made your changes.
