Click on your Name in the top left corner to access your profile

How to: Setup a Profile ‘My Info’
User’s profile is a personal page where users can tell their story and support their favorite organizations. Click ‘Edit’ on the sections of the info page that you would like to fill in. Specifically, please add any board memberships that you are currently holding. Click ‘Add New’ to get started. Select your role, enter the dates you served or will be serving, and select the organization. Then ‘Save’.

Click “Add” to add profile picture

Click “Choose File” to search for a photo from your computer

Check the Terms of Use and ‘Use As My Profile Photo’

Pick a photo album to store your photo

Click “Save” then “Done”

‘My Organizations’ is a place to select, manage and display users favorite charities. 1.
Click “Edit” in the ‘My Organizations’

Click “Search Organizations” to find your favorite organizations by name or EIN.
3.
Click “Select” in the search results for the organization you want to add as a favorite.
Note: You can delete charities from this list at any time.

How to: Setup a Profile Settings
Settings allow users to manage their privacy and customize the look and feel of their profile. 1.
Privacy: Choose ‘Public’ or ‘Private’ for your privacy settings. Then ‘Save’.
NOTE: If you select “private”, your fellow employees will not be able to see you listed as a par8cipant of a volunteer event or invite you to any volunteer events. If you select “public”, your coworkers will only see your volunteer events.

Language: Click “Language,” select preference, then click “Edit Language”.

T-shirt Setting: Select your preferred t-shirt size for volunteering and ‘Save’.
4.
Reset Password – this is for a YourCause password only. Using this function will not reset the password used to login via Single Sign On (SSO), i.e. internal Thrivent credentials.
Note: Your profile if private. Only program administrators will be able to see this information. 7
