Recommended Supporting Documents to include with HPC application:
Map(s) of project area: Please include enough maps to clearly demonstrate what the project will accomplish as well as one that shows where in Arizona the project is located (e.g. site specific map, and a larger overview map that shows where in the state the project is located).
Project Compliance: Any existing environmental and or archaeological clearance for the proposed project. Projects submitted without compliance documents will be assumed to not be ready for implementation (e.g. NEPA, decision memo, BA, EA, EAC, SHPO, ASLD permit, etc...). For project specific requirements please be sure to reference the compliance planning matrix [HERE] or contact the Department’s Project Evaluation Program [HERE].
Estimate/Bid/Quote: Please include any quotes or estimates from contractors for any proposed work, labor, and or purchase of materials
Photos: include a few photos of the study area.
Volunteer Labor: volunteer labor sheet
