turn off your phone



remove back cover and battery



remove 5 torx t5 screws

remove back cover using a spudger

 you can use back cover of your phone

Step 4 

unplug three ribbon cables from motherboard

 ribbon cables are easy to damage

remove 2 phillips screws and remove motherboard

Step 6

 black ribbon cable is glued to screen 
