HTK(PERSHING) Web Access Obtaining Web Access On-Line: NetExchange View is Pershing’s online account system that is accessible via http://www.netxinvestor.com 1. Once there, click on the “Register Now” button and follow the instructions. Once you have registered you will receive 2 emails. 2. You will find your User ID at the bottom of the first message. For security purposes, they will then send your PIN in a separate email. 3. Once you have that information, the following information should be entered: Financial Institution Number: ID: (your User ID) Password: (your PIN)

You need to enter 5hk in the “financial institution” field when you log on along with your User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN). 5HK is Hornor, Townsend & Kent’s correspondent number at Pershing and is necessary for Pershing’s system to identify you as a client of an HTK Registered Representative. If you would like to eliminate receiving paper statements and trade confirmations and avoid paper surcharge fees, click on the “go paperless” button at the top of any NetExchange View screen to turn off paper delivery of these documents. Instead, you will receive an email alerting you when a new document is available to view online.
