During the month of August 2017, Hurst is offering a rebate on all qualifying products purchased through American Muscle. These purchases must be made between August 1, 2017 and August 31, 2017. Rebate Offer Terms: 1. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) of $150.00 to $299.99 will receive a $25.00 rebate. 2. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) between $300.00 and $499.99 will receive a $50.00 rebate. 3. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) of $500.00 or more will receive a $75.00 rebate. 4. Limit one rebate per household. 5. Product(s) must be purchased from American Muscle. 6. Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive rebate. Rebate paid in the form of a Visa gift card. To receive a rebate from Hurst you must: 1. Purchase a qualifying Hurst product(s) during the time frame listed above. 2. A copy of this rebate form must be post marked by September 30, 2017. 3. This offer is only good in the USA and Canada. 4. A copy of the original receipt from American Muscle must be submitted with this rebate form. 5. Include the box label for part number and UPC verification. Cut the label off of the box.
