This classroom training will provide you with solid knowledge of the IBM Cognos environment. Based on figures of a fictive company, it will show you firstly how to work with IBM Cognos Connection, how to access and run reports, create folders to organize the content and change personal settings to personalize the appearance of the portal. Secondly it will teach you how to create reports based on relational and dimensional data thanks to IBM Cognos Report Studio. You’ll learn to use to work with queries, to add layout and conditional formatting, to build prompt page and template, to create advanced reports using different queries, join and union. By the end of the course you will be equipped to design advanced standard reports and share them in the environment with your colleagues and clients.
About the trainer The course will be delivered by our Senior Consultant who is also certified trainer and has many years of experience using IBM Cognos at clients. She will bring real world experience to the training content.
