Imperial Beach AYSO Classic Hello, Coaches! AYSO Region 712 is proud to invite your team to the Imperial Beach AYSO Invitational Classic—A Section 11 Tri-Area Hosted Challenge Cup! Scope:
AYSO Section 11 Tournament – open to AYSO teams from Section 11.
When:
Saturday & Sunday, April 9 and 10, 2016
Where:
The tournament will be held at Southwest High School in southern San Diego and locations including Imperial Beach, CA. No pets are allowed at any of our fields.
Who:
AYSO boys and girls teams in age divisions: U-10 (7v7), U-12 (9v9), U-14 (11v11). All players must be registered to play in the AYSO 2015 primary season. Guest players will be allowed. Please contact your Regional Commissioner or Area Director for guest player permission.
What:
Pool play tournament. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games in pool play. Top teams from pools will advance to medal rounds. If divisions can be separated into flights, top teams from each flight will advance to medal rounds of 2 games.
Why:
The I.B. AYSO Classic Tournament, a Section 11 Tri-Area Hosted Challenge Cup, is being conducted as a fundraiser by Region 712.
Awards:
All players will receive a tournament pin. 2 coaches per team will receive a tournament T-Shirt. All st nd players on the 1 and 2 place teams will receive a medal. A good sportsmanship medal will be given to one team per division.
Entry Fee, Refunds:
$300 for U-14, $250 U-12, and $200 for U-10—if paid with Spring Application in your respective Region. If paid after your Region’s Spring Registration, then the fee per team increases by $100 per age group. Refunds will be given only if a replacement team can be found minus administrative costs. Teams will be replaced from teams in the waiting list based on cancellation date. No referee deposit will be necessary.

No referee deposit/fee is required for this tournament.

Acceptance:
The application deadline is March 19, 2016. All teams will be notified within 48 hrs. of the application deadline or receipt of application. Teams that are not accepted will be given the option to have their complete application returned or to be placed on the waiting list.

Please send a Region check that covers the Entry fees, along with the Tournament Application, and eAYSO Team Roster to the Tournament Registrar address below. Regional commissioner must sign application and team roster. Make region check payable to: AYSO Region 712
