IMPORTANT COACH INSTRUCTIONS National Flag Football Picture Day FUNDRAISER 1. Please be sure to check in with the Picture Day Table when your team has assembled and are ready for pictures. 2. A TSS staff member will hand you a Picture take over to the Photographer.

3. It would be a great help if you could get your players in order of the roster given to you. 4. Once you are to the Photographer they will take an individual picture of every child. • Please make sure to stand next to your child so the photographer knows to take a Buddy Picture. • We will be taking FULL group pictures, so please make sure to have your full team come to your picture time to make it in the group picture.
• Please ask your parents to try and have their picture forms completed before picture day, it will help keep everything on time. If they have any questions tell them to contact us before picture day. We would love to help!! Items are shipped to parent, so please fill out your entire address. Photos will be returned to players 2 ½ -3 weeks.
