The hides used in our products are drum dyed for natural appearance. Water based finishing chemicals are utilised to avoid unnecessary emission of solvent based products from the tannery. How to care for leather • If your leather gets wet, wipe it dry as soon as possible. • Leather needs to breathe so it should not be stored in plastic bags or non porous covers. • Only use recognised leather care products to care for your leather. Konev Guarantee Konev has been manufacturing leather products in New Zealand for over 38 years and all Konev products come with a 12 month guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any such damage developing your Konev product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This guarantee does not apply when there are signs of misuse. Scratches and marks are a natural characteristic and should not be seen as a flaw in the leather.
