STEPS TO BEGIN SYNCING YOUR DATA WITH TOPCO ASSOCIATES Implementation Steps 1.
A full list of foodservice attribute requirements for GDSN is available for review in Section 3 of this document. If you are currently unable to provide the full list of attributes requested, please send what you have available today. You can send additional attributes as they become available.
2.
Complete the Trading Partner Form on the Topco Associates landing page at http://www.1worldsync.com/customer-page/topco/. This will trigger the data sync process.
3.
Have your accurate item data loaded into your GDSN certified data pool and ensure it is ready for publication in Production. Publish all item levels in your packaging configuration (hierarchy) Each, Inner Pack, Case, and Pallet. a. Contact your data pool for any education you might require completing this step.
4.
Topco Associates utilizes Specpage as their trusted solution partner. Specpage will create a subscription for the Information Provider GLN submitted via the Trading Partner Form.
5.
Your primary data synchronization contact will be notified via email by Specpage when the subscription has been created and Topco Associates is ready to accept your publication.
Publication Steps 6.
All Suppliers should publish full catalog for all categories to Topco Associates GLN 0036800000001 in Production.
7.
For the first publication Suppliers are to publish all products as “Initial Load”.
8.
Investigate and respond to “Review” CIC responses. Topco Associates will provide feedback on publications using the following method:
CIC Messages: RECEIVED: Product has been received and has passed Topco Associates GDSN validations. This response will typically be sent within a few hours after receiving the publication. REVIEW: Product does not pass Topco Associates GDSN validations or product has failed Topco Associates’ audit process and therefore has data discrepancies to be reviewed and addressed. Reason for Review status will be transmitted in CIC999. This response may follow a Received message and may take several days to resolve. SYNCHRONIZED: Product has been fully accepted and loaded into Topco Associates internal system and will be updated as revisions occur. This response will be sent after all validations and audits have been successfully completed. REJECTED: Product has been de-listed by Topco Associates.
