Installing the Support Pack
Installing the Support Pack Category: EC-Net AX -> Drivers & Modules -> Tech Notes
Note: Upgrading the Support Pack from the Software Manager is not correct practice since certain XML files are not copied over. Below is the correct method 1. Make sure EC-NET-AX is up to date with the Support Pack from the Smart Installer. Be sure to check the box "Automatically install files after download"
2. Open the Platform of the EC-BOS go into the Distribution File Installer, Be sure to choose the correct path as indicated in the image below.
Note: The Support Pack Automatically installs on the HOST, so you will not see a Distribution File Installer. 3. Select the latest Support Pack and then click on "Install". All application will be forced to stop and then the EC-BOS will reboot. Once rebooted the Suport Pack will be updated in the Software Manager.
