INSTRUCTIONS 1. Disconnect dispenser from electrical power source. 2. Remove Merchandiser and Splash Panel. 3. Relocate both left and right Splash Panel screw mount points as shown below. Attach Template Using the Top Hole From the Bracket Removed.
Locate Current Right or Left Side Splash Panel Bracket & Remove Using #2 Phillips Screwdriver.
Use the Template to Locate , Mark, & Drill 2 New Holes Using a #29 (.136") Bit
Remove Template & Re-attach bracket.
Repeat process for opposite side of the machine.

4. Replace all 4 primary valve touch pad ribbon cables, (1,3,4,6) with the new cables supplied. Note that the new cables are numbered the same as the existing cables, (EXAMPLE: New cable marked #1 will replace existing cable #1), see the ADA Ribbon Cable Wiring Diagram illustration in the upper right of this page.

Route Ribbon Cables

Connect Ribbon Cables to Splash Panel
NOTE: Use the zip ties provided to secure the ribbon cables. The center plug with 2 ribbon cables is plugged into the control board. The shorter of the two cables is plugged into the touch pad control above the valve. The longer ribbon cable is to be fed down behind the syrup beverage tubing, exiting out the lower front of the unit, to be connected to the ADA Touch pad in the Splash Panel, see above.
5. After connecting all four ribbon cables to their respective touch pads, place the splash panel back into position and test each pad for function, see below. Each ADA touch pads should activate the nozzle indicated below. If the wrong nozzle is activated check for a cross connection of the ribbon cable. Note that the blue LED light will illuminate, (not blink) at the touch pad control above the valve during activation. CORRESPONDING PAD

6. Once correct operation has been confirmed, place flavor I.D. labels on ADA touch pad as shown in Photo 6 by aligning the outer edges of the label with the control pad frame, and press into place. Replace the unit Merchandiser, and then the ADA Splash Panel. As you replace the splash panel do not pinch the ribbon cables.
