IntelliFace™ Single Building Solution The Single Building Solution The IntelliFace™ Single Building solution is revolutionizing how
you can view your building’s performance thus lowering costs and promoting sustainability. Our solution provides applications for real-time insight at the individual building meter level and is easily deployed via our SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Our proprietary software has applications capable of reading live interval and historic energy data from all sources including: building automation systems, interval and smart metering technologies and any third party technology which empower building managers to save on current energy consumption. The IntelliFace™ Single Building solution consists of our patent pending Data Platform and Visualization applications. The patent pending IntelliFace™ Data Platform consists of our intelligent building Data Collection Gateway and Data Warehouse technology. Our vendor-agnostic Gateway allows for the automated collection of energy and resource data from any source including smart meters, sensors, building management systems, and raw data files. The data is then compiled into a multi-dimensional, hierarchical storage system where it can be viewed by various stakeholders using our data visualization applications.
The IntelliFace™ Single Building solution can be custom-designed with your needs starting with over 20 Standard Module options:
Standard Modules
• Welcome occupants with customized content (news, announcements, events, etc.) and photographs on a Home Page and provide useful, quick Green Tips on how to incorporate sustainability into our everyday actions. A Building Information Page can also present the history, objectives, and accomplishments of the facility and sustainable efforts.
Energy Modules
• Choose any displays points that measure your energy and resource data. • Track Energy & Resource Live Data Display Points for the buildings electricity, domestic water, natural gas, steam, chilled water, solar PV, wind turbine system, geothermal, solar hot water system, average CO2 level & many more. • Display near real-time and historical data through Interactive Graphs (actual vs. baseline), Gauges and Equivalents. • Measure how any system in your building is operating at peak performance and show energy and resource trends with Consumption Profiles.

Green Modules
QAS also offers the GreenTouchscreen® where we combine our IntelliFace™ Single Building with a fully integrated kiosk or tablet solution. The GreenTouchscreen® is eligible for two LEED® 3.0 certification points for Innovation and Design. This interactive product presents a clear and engaging display of your building and demonstrates the progress towards energy savings and sustainability goals. Our GreenTouchscreen® technology helps you facilitate a learning environment for sustainable practices, which directly influences occupant behavior.
• Showcase any sustainable feature throughout your facility with our Green Modules, designed to educate your stakeholders and help you lower your own environmental impact on various resources. • Change behavior using our energy competition module or use our interactive Green Calculators as an example of how building performance and our own actions can be improved.
GreenTouchscreen® Modules help explain your building’s sustainability story.
• Learn how your building achieved LEED certification with an interactive checklist or explore the Green Features Map and Sustainable Topics Page to showcase areas of the building. • Navigate throughout designated areas of the building with Virtual Tour stops. • Measure how any system in your building is operating at peak performance and show energy and resource trends with Consumption Profiles.
