Following graduation he worked within Research & Development, Management Consultancy and Manufacturing Management. Joining Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1994 he helped establish the Manufacturing arm of the business and ran the Head Office recruitment operation from 2008 to 2012. Professional qualifications include full Chartered Engineer status (CEng) and chartered member status of both the IET and CIPD. Having worked across many disciplines and sectors he has a breadth and depth of experience that ideally suits Interim Management.

Prior to joining the Jonathan Lee Group, Matthew acquired a considerable range of experience through engineering and manufacturing from within the aerospace and commercial vehicle markets on a UK and international basis. His prime focus was on Sales Management, Business Development and Senior Account Management. MBA qualified with a degree in Accounting and Finance, David has a broad range of experience having managed contract and permanent recruitment teams. A specialist in interim and contract recruitment, he is responsible for interim / contact management, compliance and welfare.
