Introducing a New Way to Access SunGard Public Sector OSSI Support Service SunGard Public Sector now offers another way for you to access the OSSI Product Support Team. Beginning August 1, 2011, you now have an option to use the toll free 888-ONE-SUPPort (888-663-7877) number that takes you directly to a product support specialist. The 336-885-0911 and 888-222-OSSI (6774) numbers that take you to an OSSI receptionist are still available. With the new number, you are able to bypass the receptionists and access a product support specialist directly.
